The annual corporate gala recognizing people's achievements—a meeting historically enthusiastically received by employees—without the possibility of face-to-face contact? It sounds unbelievable, but in the end, it turned out to be a phenomenal experience!
The gala was organized virtually in the form of an online house party. The ideally prepared content, combined with appropriately designed interactive online communication developed over four months before the event, resulted in a complete digital communication project directed inward, culminating in an event finale.
The new format did not weaken the strength of the experience.

Golden Arrow 2021 – Experiential marketing online (internal/corporate).
Złote Spinacze 2021 - silver paperclip in the Employee experience and internal communication category
Eventex 2022 - gold in the Virtual Employee Engagement Event category, gold in the Pivot to Virtual category, silver in the Community Building & Engagement category.
