BaseLinker Expo 2023 is a combination of a trade fair, conference, and workshops. It took place on May 10, 2023, in person at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre. It gathered over 1,000 participants.
⬤The main stage of the conference transformed into a space for the most important and inspiring presentations by special guests. The program also included a discussion panel with international guests, the premiere of the BaseLinker Index report, and the BaseLinker Awards ceremony.
The smaller stage hosted practical workshops conducted by selected brands. Participants had the opportunity to gain inspiration and learn, among other things, how to scale their business abroad.
The expo area featured nearly 30 exhibitors at branded booths, which served as the backdrop for business discussions and networking. The event concluded with an evening VIP Party.
The first edition of BaseLinker Expo attracted a great deal of interest from both participants and exhibitors.
The Customer Satisfaction Score after the event reached 85%, and the conference segment was rated at 89%. The key to the project's success was the proper selection and design of the live experience format tailored to the needs of the industry, which, while working in a digital environment, greatly values opportunities for building relationships and networking in person. As a result, this recurring event will become a permanent fixture on the map of e-commerce industry meetings in Poland.
